Charles S. Monat

Charles S. Monat is the founder and Chairman of the Charles Monat Group.

Mr. Monat pioneered the development of large life insurance policies to help meet the liquidity needs of Asian and international clients. He is licensed in Hong Kong, New York, California, Oregon, Washington, DC and Connecticut.

As an internationally recognized leader in wealth planning and life insurance, he has been a keynote speaker at numerous industry conferences. He has been a long standing member of The Top of the Table and The Million Dollar Round Table.

Born in New York, he served as an officer in the US Army in Thailand in 1968. He came to Hong Kong in 1970 to work for a major insurance broker and established the Charles Monat Group in 1971.
